Reg is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources and brings to the Salopek & Associates team more than 30 years of progressively responsible positions in Human Resources and Labour Relations at the regional and national levels. Reg has worked in senior HR-LR leadership roles in various industries including Oil Sands mining, extraction, processing and maintenance; manufacturing; technology; post secondary college; transportation and all four levels of Government (Federal, Provincial, Territorial and Municipal). Reg provides consultation and advice on all HR-LR client operational issues while partnering with Executive Management of the business on strategic direction, policy development and mutual resolution of employer-union matters.
