Talent Pool: The Talent Pool Development Society of Calgary (The Talent Pool) was formed to close the gap between companies seeking skilled workers and individuals who are under-employed or not employed at all. Its purpose is to provide Calgary businesses with information, resources and links to pools of talent that are often overlooked. These pools of talent are Youth, Mature workers, Immigrants, Aboriginal people and People with Disabilities.
