Upon being set up on our Retained HR program, an audit will be preformed of your HR needs to assess how we can best support your organization. Our initial audit review with be conducted to assess your organization’s current HR policies and procedures relative to the attraction, retention and engagement of staff and identify any gaps that may compromise compliance with employment standards and OH&S requirements (note new legislation came into effect in 2018 and 2019). With Retained HR, you will be assigned your very own CPHR Certified HR Consultant to assess your organization’s HR needs and complete a work-plan to ensure you have the right people and processes in place to take your organization to the next level.
